Assisted the U.S. Army Personnel Command to develop an intern and functional trainee quality tracking system containing the data gathered on the various intern quality measures.

Developed content, approach, and materials required for a training course for national managers of AIDS programs in developing countries.

Identified and validated off-the-shelf tests for the selection of Bell core support personnel.

Examined the relationship between a train engineer’s auto driving record and train operation performance to determine whether unsafe auto driving is predictive of unsafe train operation.

Provided technical assistance in priority areas of health management and administrative strengthening, health care financing, and nutrition.

Mobilized and strengthened private sector family planning activities, building upon foundation established by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board.

Technical support to improve financial management, management information systems, and human resources administration within the Secretariat of Public Health and Social Assistance.
