Communities, Rights, and Gender Technical Assistance

URC works with communities and civil society organizations on human rights, gender, and community systems strengthening, providing situational analysis and planning; engagement in country dialogue; and supporting stakeholders to design, plan, and budget technically sound programs. Situational analysis consists of assisting in the conduct of country-context assessments (e.g., legal, policy and gender assessment, community systems strengthening mapping, and needs assessments) as they relate to HIV, TB, and malaria, in addition to analysis of opportunities for improvement.
