Staffing of outreach component of NCALI, the largest and most comprehensive resource on alcohol information for the National Institute for Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.

Provided technical assistance to federal agencies to improve personnel management and workforce productivity, including development of instructional programs; analysis of performance issues; conduct and evaluation of personal demonstration; and experimental research projects.
