USAID PPL (Policy, Planning, and Learning) Monitoring and Evaluation (EVAL-ME)

Provided monitoring and evaluation (M&E) technical and advisory services for USAID’s Bureau of Policy, Planning and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation and Research (USAID/PPL/LER).

The five-year USAID PPL Monitoring and Evaluation (EVAL-ME) IDIQ contract was awarded to Encompass, with URC as a sub-partner. As a core international partner, URC contributed global expertise in quantitative, qualitative and evidence-based research to provide innovative solutions to health and social challenges around the world.
