The ISC is a URC-led collaborative that was born from the USAID Health Evaluation and Research Development (HEARD) Project. It champions and facilitates the use of data to improve health interventions, practices, programs, and policies in low and middle-income countries. The ISC strategically involves diverse implementers, advocates, policymakers, researchers, and donors to drive sustainable change that protects and empowers vulnerable communities.
